Summer/Fall ATC Swap and Altered Charm Swap

I was in an ATC and Altered Charm Swap with Roni @ Ink Stains.  Roni had a theme, Summer/Fall, this time for the ATC's.  I've only done ATC's without a theme so this was going to be challenging.  I had a ball with them.

Now, I have never done an Altered Charm Swap before but was willing to try it out. I had so much fun with trying to come up with a charm.  I went to Pinterest to see what kind of inspiration I could get out of it.  Even did a search on Google.  Finally came up with the following.  During the summer, hubby had cut out some metal pieces, which I gathered up, and thought I could do something with these. So, with holes drilled this is what I came up with.

My bottle cap ones didn't come out too bad either. I just love 'em.  This picture doesn't do it justice.  You can't see the sparkle of the glass glitter.

I had so much fun with this swap.  I can not wait to see what every one has done.

Tim Holtz May Tag

I've been watching Tim's monthly tag challenge and decided to do this months tag.  As soon as I saw Tim's tag, I knew what I was going to do.  I love all things beach and sea, so I thought why not seashells.  I have a ton of them and never use them so this was the perfect opportunity to use them.  Here's my take.

 I had so much fun putting this tag together that I'll have to try next months.

ATC mail call

Life happens - You pick yourself up, brush off the world, and go on.

I received my ATC's in the mail and boy I gotta tell ya, I love them all.  Such talent and inspiration.

They are all so different and I can see so many ideas from each one.  I can't wait to get them hung in my craft room so I can get me some inspiration from them all.

So this is another ATC I was working on.  

I decided to take some transparency paper stamped on it and then

took my heat tool to it. It is doesn't look like it would be bulky but it is.

I really had fun doing this.

Paris ATC card

Here's one of the finished cards. I had some background pages already started and finished this one off by adding a bird stamp.

   

  I added some washi tape along the bottom and some vintage sequin at the top.  I then stamped the tag and cut it out, printed out the pictures, die cut them, finished them off and viola!  I had these adorable little champagne glasses left over from a wedding I decorated, and they always say use what you got.  I tied a piece of seam binding, which I had dyed pink, and tied it around the bottom of the glass.  In the close-up you can see it better, along with the pictures.
